The third and final new feature in this November batch is very minor, but might be of interest to some of you. It’s about… empty maps. Blank, with just the hexagons.

In short: I’ve realised that, with all the other ongoing projects, I can’t keep up with the Battlefields Packs as much as I’d like. I’d love to release two packs a year, but at the moment I can’t manage it (I’d risk releasing battles that are poorly tested and/or uninteresting).
That’s why I thought: why not create the battles yourselves? Fancy trying your hand at a new battlefield, whether small or large? Here’s a little tool (entirely unnecessary, for some) to make it a bit easier. Draw, cut, erase, redo, come up with terrain and special rules. And once you’re satisfied, send us your proposals: we might work on them and include them in future Battlefields Packs, naturally with the appropriate credits and royalties (no, you won’t get rich either).
The blank maps, in A1 format (on 90g paper), will be available from mid-November at a price of 1 euro each.
