Battlefields of the Napoleonic Wars – I should receive the missing components tomorrow morning, namely the battle folders and the outer sleeve. Sunday evening will feature the first “Ingenioso Hidalgo Boxing Night”: an evening dedicated to boxing, folding, bagging, and pizza. By Monday, the game will be ready to ship!

Battlefields Pack 1 – It has always been available, but starting today, anyone ordering Battlefields Pack 1 will receive the pack with the cardboard maps.

Upgrades to the first edition – Three “upgraded” components from the second reprint are available in the store and can be purchased individually: specifically, the Leader Pawns, the cardboard maps, and the sturdier box and outer sleeve. Given the limited cost of the expansion, it is not possible to purchase just the cardboard maps for Battlefields Pack 1.

2 Giugno – Per libera scelta di popolo – This is Ingenioso Hidalgo’s second board game, and it perfectly embodies what I wanted to achieve with the publishing label: bringing to players games that no other publisher would ever consider of investing in (in this case, due to the very niche theme: the Italian electoral contest between the Republic and the Monarchy). The game will be available for shipping starting Friday, May 22. Over the next few days, I’ll upload some images of the game. If you buy it now, you’re doing so on trust. It’s a “strange” game, but a pretty good one. The game is bilingual. The English rules will be available for download. Price tag: 25 euros.

Muli – The second gamebook in the catalog, a sort of prequel to Un altro passo nella neve, set during the absurd (dramatic, but absurd) Italian invasion of Albania and Greece. It is a gamebook in a very compact format and at a very affordable price (7 euros). Please note: like the previous one, it is in Italian.

Bundles – I’ve created a couple of bundles for those who want to make multiple purchases. One consists of five copies of Battlefields of the Napoleonic Wars with the expansion, offering a discount of about 25% (in addition to savings on shipping costs). The other includes one copy of every item in the Ingenioso Hidalgo catalog, with a flat 20% discount.

Before making a purchase, I encourage you to read the notes at the bottom of the store page, as they contain useful information about shipping, customs duties (…), VAT, and more. In particular, shipping costs to the United States have unfortunately increased (everything is explained there). I hope to find a better solution soon.
